[added: 96] indi_active/inactive to trigger animations

Cliff, we need a better way to use indi_active/inactive to trigger animations. Currently after one pass of the animation the animation will stop working..

well you could kick off a trigger which in turn triggers the animation on a repeated/semi repeated basis or put in a repeat on the animation type

I've now added this for build 96.

Basically it will reset animation for those that are of type 1 or 2 when they also have the indi_active or indi_inactive type on the layer set.

This basically means that you can now have custom animations when the window is focus/defocused.
