i love Xion! My streaming audio is perfect but I can't seem to figure out how to play CDs. What setting am I missing? Thanks.

Also, how to make it not "always on top"?

You can't make it not be on top. Cliff has said that will become an option in a future release (the next one I'd guess).

You can minimize the player & just use the contexual menu & global hot keys to control it if you want.

Hi Gregory2001,

Welcome to the Xion Community!

I havn't added support for Audio Cds just yet, but hope to soon.

Most likely I will add the discovered CD's into the Library component and then double clicking it will send the tracks to the playlist.

Initially it probably won't support cddb tracknames, however I also plan on adding that later.

As pickle said, I will add support for not always on top. The reason I havn't added support for this, is that how will you find the interface if it doesn't show up in the taskbar? You would have to click the tray icon in order to bring it to the front again anyway.

Unless of course I make it so that if you decide to disable Always on Top, Xion gets a taskbar button. What does everyone think?

Cliff :)

Hello!

Cliff, why not try to add a new function or button so that when we don't want Xion to be anymore on Top,it will minimize to the taskbar showing only some few basics buttons like play,stop,prev,next...Just like a taskbar player.

Thanks.

The ontop topic was already mentioned and was stated that an option for that was planned.
