Hi xmapox,

The simplest thing is to run Xion. Now double click or drag and drop the plugin file onto Xion. Xion will ask you to install it :)

Check that you have write access to that directory. You may need to run it as Administrator.

Also, right click on Xion and choose 'Configure Xion', go to the Plugins tab, and make sure its not already there.

Maybe you have Last.FM player in your tray while you are installing?

Xion needs to run in order to install. That is part of the process. If you want to manually install the plugin, rename the file LastFMScrobbler.xpf to LastFMScrobbler.zip and manually extract/unzip the files to the plugins directory yourself.

What's up?

Just found this very cool audio player about an hour ago and I love it! I don't know how I have not heard of it before but I will certainly spread the word because I think it's great.

My question is this-

Q: I downloaded and installed the LastFM plugin and I also have the LastFM software running and I am not getting any scrobbing. I installed the plugin, restarted the player and just for good measure I restarted my LastFM software as well.

Any Ideas?

Doh, nevermind. You have to enable the plugin in order for it to work.

Anyhoo, I think I found a new favorite music player.

Freakin' awersome skins and excellent performance. I love it.

Hi heavyMGS,

Great to hear you're enjoying using Xion! I'll change the way that plugins behave when you first install them so that they're enabled as soon as you've installed them so that you don't have to do it manually ;)

Is this plugin not compatible with the latest Beta builds?

Most likely not, no.

The plugin architecture is going under some changes ready for Unicode. The next public release I'll update all plugins :)
