Proper sorting of playlist - am I missing something?

Hey guys. I downloaded Xion just a couple weeks back - wickedly nice player. One thing, however, has been really bugging me. The sort option in the playlist seemingly ignores track numbers placed in front of my file names and instead orders by the first alpha character.

I was looking at some 1.0.100 build notes (the version I have) and this was supposedly fixed? So, am I missing something?

Hi Drithius,

The sorting only sorts on the track title format. I.e. Open up the config page, choose Settings tab and then take a look at the title format. By default I don't include the Track Number in there. If I did you'd also see the Track numbers in the title of all your songs, but the sort should then work, sorting by Track number.

So if you place %TRCK - on the front this should work. Currently I don't provide multiple ways to sort the playlist, just by the track name. I'm assuming you'd want it sorting by the filename instead?

Cliff :)

Heya Cliff! Thanks for the reply :) Yeah, I was hoping there'd be some way to sort by filename (and even path and filename, though that not so much). I hadn't noticed the Track option though, thank you !
