I was just wondering why some of my skins show "Skins that failed approval" but they are still available for download?

Currently, the system does not hide away skins that have been rejected. Think of this as sort of a transitioning process, as we are still burning in this new system of approving skins, and are likely to have a bit of a bumpy start, especially as we plow through the entire database.
