I forget who origionally mentioned it, but I was just wondering if code for a smoother VU animation is coming soon. One that would briefly go through all frames inbetween when the levels change. Sorry to pester you about it Cliff, I just think that would be sweet! :D

Yeah, that was me - sorry. But, I think the concern is CPU hogging with such a thing...

Well, I mean it may not be impossible or prohibitive - but it's up to Cliff. Personally, Xion has been pretty darned good at playing well with my system; and I don't have the fastest machine around (only a 1.7 Centrino)... So, there's hope.

I hope...

Yeah i think I'd sacrifice a little CPU for a better VU. I think I also remembered him saying something about how it might not be accurate if he did it that way.
