another anti-alias method?

Feature Requests and Ideas

Is there a way to add some more anti-aliassing method for bigger rounded fonts? They really look rather jaggy (see msc).

another idea for text layers: is it possible to add some stroke feature? I did some workaround (GaMaG) but it took me 16 additional text layers for track and time (which means a lot of additional CPU load)

Is there still a problem with CPU load on build 94? Its possible that adding that many text layers will have an adverse affect, but I thought I'd just check to see ;)

No, no problem, needs actually less CPU. But that´s exactly why I now got stingy with CPU ;-), just saw that additional text layers are one of the few things that increase it and - only if there is some need also from other skinners here - some stroke feature might help. Just for discussion...

and what about some more anti-alias method? :-)

Well the anti alias methods that are currently supported are just what are supported by Windows. If you tweak any windows settings to do with Anti Aliasing of fonts, they will apply to Xion.

I don't do any custom Anti Aliasing at all as there's no need to.

What OS are you on? I had issues with Vista previously.
