Stutter issue about 7-20 seconds into track

Lately I've noticed this stutter coming in around 7-20 seconds of the track playing.
Just tested this on a dozen tracks and around the 8 second mark or so it does it.
When the track is stopped and then played again the stutter goes away.
It's bloody annoying lol as I know these tracks note for note (being a guitarist).

Latest unified sound card drivers on a Xonar D2X on win7, cpu doing nothing.
Doesn't matter if the track is on a hdd or ssd.

Strange, I haven't changed anything with the audio system.

Double check the Output tab in the config. Perhaps take a screenshot of it and paste here for me to see?

Yea, I know nothing has changed, it seems to be around 5-7 second mark but if the same track is stopped and played again it doesn't do it. It's on the odd track, not every one but definitely noticeable otherwise I wouldn't post about it.
32bit doesn't work also

Hmm, that's interesting that 32bit doesn't work for you on such a large setup.

What happens when you set it to 32bit?

when switching while track is playing track stops and goes red in playlist
if then getting it to play then an error comes up with "some other mystery problem"
doesn't matter if the track is mp3 or m4a, same thing

I think the 32bit was working at some point but was some while ago and since then numerous windows updates added etc...

My system is also working a lot faster than previous too as I reformatted a month or so ago so not sure why the tracks are stuttering.

Also noticed the playlist doesn't refresh the background colour when the track is being played when the next track is going through the tracks in the playlist. it stays red.
It only goes back to normal if the track is clicked(to start playing) but not if the track is selected in the playlist then click on play in main skin.
