cpu issue

cpu usage seems to be higher on local mp3/4 track than cd or net track, the skin has indi_local, indi_web, indi_cd layers
although might not be able to repro now as this was on works pc which was an intel p4, im now on an athy X2 4200, no cpu issues at all
but now and again the above did happen on that works pc hence still a possible issue
