Hi

I don't know if it's me but, I'm just trying to update Spessartite and it seems like the svst keyword doesn't work anymore. I would like to save the state of a switching between two layers. Using the latest verion of Xion + CS3.

What about that ?

*Bump*

I'm also having problems getting this to work. I use an animation set to toggle between screen colours. That part works fine, but saving their state doesn't. I have added save_state to the animation set name but that doesn't work. I've also tried it on individual frames, doesn't work either.

Peace, Lance

Its possible that if you are using sub layer sets that this may not work. I haven't looked at the file format that CS3 saves in order to support this kind of thing.

Try using just the normal single deep layer sets and see if it works. Its working fine when I save from PS7

Aah that sucks :( I'm not using sub sets, learned early on that that causes problems. I'm using CS3 yeah. I guess there's nothing I can do about it then?

Well, if you're using just the normal layer sets then this should be fine. Are you saving the photoshop file with Maximum compatibility?

Other than this, the save state stuff should work!

Hmm, perhaps I'm misunderstanding what you mean by normal layer sets. Yeah I'm maximizing compatability, but that won't affect it anyway. But yeah, what are you refering to as a normal set?

Actually scrap that question, I just misread your posts. And I already answered it anyway lol. I never put animation sets as subs, that always caused me problems. So yeah, I'm using primary sets, as another way of putting it.
