if i save a playlist with over 44k entries, restart my computer and start Xion the playlist always have 19678 entries, even if i load the saved m3u with 44k.

Hmm that's a weird one. Could you use the Contact page, and send your playlist file to me? It may be a bug in the parser not understanding a character in one of the filenames or something.
