ABOUT THIS BUILD:

Fixed a major bug with build 97 which was causing a crash when no tags were found, or when you attempted to play a radio station

Please let me know if this works, or doesn't work for you! So far I haven't gotten much feedback and its making me sad! :(

Enjoy!

Cliff :)

Great! Both FLAC loading and playing files with no tags / streams work like a charm now! I wish Microsoft had this fixing speed ;)

One thing: When playing a stream the entry in the playlist now flickers like crazy. Rather a cosmetic one though ...

Edit: It flickered the first few times, but not anymore, so I think it was coincidence

Cheers Cliff. Thanks for all the new features.

One problem noticed. Radio station's text data is not updating when the track changes. It is keeping the same metadata of the first song loaded when the radio station was first loaded. :(

Ok this has been fixed. The audio engine updated the way that this works and it appeared to still be working when I tested it. I've now updated it so that it works in the correct way and doesn't just receive the initial metadata, but the continuous updates as well. Fixes will be in build 99

Thanks for the report, it may be trying to update the meta data, I'll look into a fix for it :)

Ok, I think I've fixed this for the most part. Usually its flickering when its trying to update the text. This should be completely removed or at least very minimised in build 99.

Alert!

Several stability issues encountered with this build.

Player crashes after a large number of files has been played, though this number is quite random. I was browsing through my OCRemix folder and i had Xion crash several times while going through the 2-300 hundred files.

Which module did it say it crashed in? If I can't reproduce this, I may need to re-introduce the Crash dialog back.

I thought you were going to enable the crash dialog for beta builds Cliff?
and then only disable it for proper public builds

Yeah, but at one point I disabled for Beta's as it was making them perform slower and people were reporting it as bugs :)
