Here's my first attempt at a skin. I hope the name "Simplicity" isn't already taken. lol



Any ideas to make it better would be great.

nice, think the name is already chosen somewhere, checkout the 1st few skin pages from desc order

couple of things
the texts for the buttons, might want to respace the letters so they look more uniform, also make sure you have a rectangle clickable area, otherwise its possible to click on a hole in the text and that button will not work
(if you have not put in a clickable layer search the forum for a workaround)

possible fadeouts on the ends of the songticker might look better rather than being cut off by the angles?
too much of a drop shadow on the text, perhaps reduce opacity a little more and make it more inline with the main text as the drop shadow is pretty similar to the cbutton texts

Noot bad at all...like Slob saiys...text fadeout on the song ticker would be cool.

A clean design! I like it.

This skin reminds me the HUD of a Jet Fighter
