[fixed: 65] Scrolling font resetting

I'm not sure if this is a problem with a specific build or not, so I'm posting here. When I have centered font that is scrolling, it's not smooth. When the trackname hits the left edge of the track layer, it resets to the middle. The skin R-20 shows an example of this.

Hmm, yes that might be a problem. Since its scrolling text, there is no left, center, right alignments. I guess I should just always use Left alignment if its scrolling text.

I've now fixed this for build 65, both Centered and Right Aligned text now function correctly.
