Yo Cliff...you're a coder. How bout whipping up a simple standalone script which creates .xsf files for those who are unsure on the whole process? Run it, presented with a browse button (or drag box area) to import your various files, click "Make Xion Skin File", choose output directory. Kaboom!?

And maybe a 'Upload to Xion' button as well. It would certainly help, because a lot of people seem to be unaware of how .xsf files work.
