Shrink to fit

I'm not sure if I should post this here or skins section but, I think it would be a good idea to say have a full screen type skin shrink to fit your screen.. no matter the size the icons/layers will move with the shrinking of the software. I myself would like to make full screen skins but not everybody has the same dimensions.

The feature you're talking about already exists in Xion. Simply look in the configuration of the skin engine.

Oh never noticed that.. But can it be fitted into a layer so I can drag it myself without having to go into settings?

No, currently there is no keyword to implement it in skins. You'll have to ask Cliff for that.
