[fixed] "New Skin" links broken

[fixed] "New Skin" links broken

The "New Skin" feature at the upper right corner is broken. Clicking on the thumbnail brings up "http://xion.r2.com.au/home/r2studios/xion.r2.com.au/skins/digimike/DigiPuck_full.jpg" while the download link points to "http://xion.r2.com.au/community/skins_download.php?author=digimike&name=DigiPuck&id=725" which should not have the "community/" folder in it.
