trans_volume delay(x)

is there a way to put a delay on trans_volume?
i have had a search and cant find anything.....
it would make creating visualisations and animations much much more interesting
making a metalocalypse skin and i am trying to make an animation of them headbanging to the beat, only way i can think of accomplishing this well enough is to have something like
indi_active trans_volumeb
indi_active trans_volumeb delay(1)
indi_active trans_volumeb delay(2)

etc etc

that is a great show, watch it every chance I get!Why not make them all VU Meter animations?The Bass(animtype9) for the bass player anim, mid(anim10 I think) for nathan, etc.
