I want to polish this fullscreen skin some so I have a question. In offering numerous options with fonts, vis, etc., I'd like to add save states, if I understand them correctly.

Is it sufficient to add save state at the end of each layer with an option?

(such as:) id(x) modify(visa,visb,visc) aclaswch

Well I realize now I can't use save state for what I was hoping.Is there a way for the users skin settings to be saved?Could each skin have its own settings file?

you should be able to bosh saved settings layers into a group, then use the savestate on the group
then add in a stop kw on each layer so it doesnt loop
