Skin scaling

Now there's already an additional option for setting the opacity, and that's great.
But what do you think about having an option for scaling skins?
I mean the kind of scaling that Winamp has with its modern skins.

I'll probably wait until I get hardware acceleration for the skins going first, as I can foresee this causing all sorts of slowdowns.

I'll keep it in here though as I do hope to add it.
