Xion Top 10

I reckon there should be a feature where a server can connect to every Xion in the world (LOL) and record the name and artist of every song that is play, then create a top 10 most songs played, which would be viewed on the site.

Wait for the component SDK & I'm sure it'll be possible. It seems a little out-of-scope for the default program though.

SDK = Software Development Kit.

Basically it's either a set of libraries or APIs that allow you to write mini-programs that interact with Xion.

I believe the playlist & skin engine are both components built on top of the Xion core (for example).

Or just use last.fm. An audioscrobbler plugin wouldn't be difficulte to create, seeing as it's open source and all.
