VU meter per EQ band?

would it be possible to add a vu layer set per eq band please
that way you could mimick the more traditional standard viz on media players
also when the standard vis (in another thread to reduce skins so 1 layer is used (with % increments) rather than a layer set) comes along with 1 layer then also have that available to use for the set of 10 bands

Hi SLoB,

The feature you are asking is more of a Spectrum visualizer rather than a VU meter. The VU meter is just for left and right volume levels. I will look at adding support for this kind of thing, because it means that skinners will have the power to add their own visualisation rather than relying on visualisation coders.

yep you got it Cliff, cool
also need buttons to toggle that are accessible thru adding them to the skin (and are enabled thru the prefs menu)
what about a notifier of some kind if user clicks on the vu/viz button but its disabled thru the prefs?
