All in all, a good effort. A little murky perhaps, a wee bit confusing.But I see no reason for it to get a 1, I give it a 3.

BTW, when a score is that low, it would be a courtesy to explain what the user giving the vote doesn't like(or didn't like), so the author can take note...

imo the majority of people who are only giving 1 or 2 stars won't bother to explain themselves unless they like the skin or would like to make it better

Well, I know it's unrealistic to think people would explain their scores, but I still believe it would help the skin authors including myself to learn more... (ducking emoticons, hehe)
