Add Icon Marker for currently playing song
Fix multi loading of songs due to Playlist Thread changes

Add 'Remove All Dead Files' to the Playlist Remove Menu
Add support for AutoPlay CD's when they are inserted
If you find bugs specifically related to this build, please post them here instead of the Bug reporting forum. Any feedback positive or negative should also go in here, no new threads. This way all feedback, etc related to this build will be in the one place.
Ok, this build should fix some issues and add a couple of tiny new features to the playlist. I'm fairly happy now with the range of things available, the only thing I need to wait on is a fix from FMOD to fix the crashing that sometimes occurs when you play a couple of CD tracks in a row. Once that's done I'll issue another update and I should be right for a Public Release!
Enjoy!

layer name has loadinterface_normal(skinname) dontreposition
loadinterface has the 3 states each with the same line info as above
