Yes, the library is disabled by default again due to some issues for users.
As for the cds, I can't reproduce the track time vanishing and it appearing to refresh the track name.
For me, It updates the track time for the current track, then starts playing the track.
I'm assuming playing audio cd's works in other applications for you?
