alienware darkstar skin

I was wondering if there would be any copyright issues if I was to upload my conversion of alienwares darkstar skin?

It was originaly made for windows media player 10, by TheSkinsFactory, it was included in the AlienGUIze theme pack "darkstar" which only works on windows XP.

I would of course take no credit for the actual making of the skin, the official Darkstar suite is however only available to those that purchase it, or an Alienware machine.

yep, unless you have FULL permission from TSF then you will not be permitted to put this skin into the Xion skin library, TSF are real funny about their IP and rightly too.

you will need to email them but i suspect your wasting your time.

TSF is a bunch of bullies with big-pocket lawyers so if you want to keep your ass from being sued and sewn to/out of your jeans you'd be best to keep it to yourself (or upload it on mininova).
