.RAM and .RA support

hey cliffy, its me. That Dmitry guy u met when we came up to brissy.

Anywayz, just wonderin if there could be added support for .RAM and .RA audio files. They are realplayer formats.

those formats are not supported using the fmod engine, altho ther may be plugins for those formats but i doubt it
