Layer name reference chart Updated with Version information

I've updated the Layer name reference chart to contain Version information and Colouring.

Hello Cliff.

Can you put the layer name reference chart into a pdf file so we can download it on our hard drives.

A copy of the chart is actually already included as "Image Layer Names.txt" in the Xion directory
