VU Meter skinning help

I figured just about everything about making a player, but i am stuck on how to make a VU Meter. Can someone guid me in the right direction?

hopefully that should shed some light, its easy to create, you might also want a toggle button to switch it on/off and that can be found in the tips & tricks forum/thread
