Xion 1.0 build 117 Beta Release

Beta Builds of Xion. These are builds that are not quite ready for Release, but need feedback and bug submissions in order to move it to Release Status

yep and now the reference has been changed to reflect that, it shud be good to go, hmm might even be worth putting in those images or similar to make the point, possibly add them to the SC Xion skinning wiki ;)

Oh and don't forget to update the new indicators and repeat states in the reference either :P noticed they weren't done yet.
