Extracting xsf files

Is there a way to extract the xsf files to get the psp or psd files?

Yea, they are only zip files rename, unzip the psd, voila

Remember though, you will only be able to use them for learning from or for your own use

Also take a look at the reference page in the help section, full of excellent info for layer names/functionality
