Hi Dweeb,

An XSF file is just a .zip file that has been renamed. You can create a .zip file in Windows XP or Windows 7 by selecting the files you want to compress, right clicking, and choosing 'Send To->Compressed (zipped) folder'

Once its zipped, rename the file from .zip to .xsf.
