Did you download the new one from the Plugins page?

I had to change the filename because some people were getting the old cached versions.

I am not sure I understand the eq sliders yet.Do they have to be in an equalizer psd like the playlist psd?

Edit: That's what I get for not paying attention while reading the Holy Layer Reference Keyword Chart, hehe.

The keywords are listed as both eq16hzlr and eq16khzlr, I am guessing the first one is wrong?

Oops, the first one should be eq32hzlr and not eq16hzlr!
