Love the animation - very...Slick.

One question - how do you get out of Mini mode back into Maxi mode?

I was looking for that and stumbled upon it. The little section to the left of the play button. And the skin is definitely slick :)
Because skinning should be fun!

haha, I know it's kind of a teeny-tiny random button. I didn't want to take away from the look of the minimode by adding a big ol' button though.
