I;d like to decide which direction to take my playlist on this fullscreen player I'm building. Is it possible to break the playlist so that it can't move, can't resize, but can scroll? (Then it would be on my plasma monitor.)I would think, obviously, yes. Are there any problems with doing this?I dont want to prematurely do a skinnable playlist, I want to use the default for this.

If you did not use any moveable commands or have any edges (only borders) it could, but forcing it to be in a certain spot by default, not sure.

my first attempt failed, but it was fun. I put all the playlist parts in my skin, then I tore it limb from limb, like in Beowulf.I took all the moveable parts and resizable parts out and I actually had some parts show up on the skin.I will try some more.

I wanted to know if when skinning the playlist if it could dock to the player or an edge of the player and move with it...im sure it cannot at this point so Im gonna add to my request, but I also wondered about it being non-resizable so when you complete your experiment I'd be interested to know the results.

That feature is already planned. As soon as Cliff figures out how to implement it.
