New skin that lam making has a lot of transparency. Seems it does not want to move on the desktop. Added a solid layer on the backside of the music note but does not seem to help.
There are other transparent skins out there that I have tried that have no problems.
Any help would be appreciated.

You've got 'moveable' on the backgound layer, right?

Well....Not sure. I am very new at this. I went back and looked at the background layer and found it was not locked. After locking it I can now move the player on my desktop.
Guess that fixed it.
Do I need to write "movable" on the title of the base layer? Anyways thanks for responding back Pictoratus.
By the way, Glad to see you back skinning. :)

@ Sleepy

I don't know if having 'moveable' on the base layer is absolutely necessary, but having it there will ensure that the entire interface can be moved by clicking and dragging that layer.

Additionally, you would use 'passthrough' on layers that may cover the base layer so it will get the click.

I haven't been skinning Xion for very long so I'm still learning as I go. :)

Alternatively, you can actually add the keyword 'moveable' on any layer that you want the mouse to react to, to move the skin, instead of just the bottom most layer.

yea just be careful of adding moveable layers on top of layers that cover any other sections of skin you want access to, the passthrough keyword is your friend :)
typical areas you dont want to cover with moveable layers - songticker, timer, buttons
