can anyone tell me how to add an _over state to this?

Hi Cliff or SLoB,

could one of you tell me the right way to add an _over state to this?

id(fire) modify(ps) action_anim_play tooltip(event)

I need an over state for "id(fire)"

Hi xonenine,

I take it that entire line is for a button, that when clicked, you want it to start an animation?

If so, just add, button to the front, and add a layer above this one, with button_over.

So for example, in your layer list, it would look like this:


... some layer ...
button_over
button_normal id(fire) modify(ps) action_anim_play tooltip(event)
... some other layer

thanks Cliff!

I'll get that skin uploaded in a couple hours now. I can't tell you how much fun it's been to skin this way. beta.94 kicks butt and the features make it hard to stop skinning, the concepts are almost limitless. I could well have just converted a couple of skins I'd never made available just to be up and running, but Xion is so absorbing that to slap something together like that would almost seem remiss...
