Yo peoples. I've been working on this skin for a while now and figured seen as it's almost finished, I'll post up a screeny.

This is the main player. There will also be a vertical and horizontal bar mode and perhaps a further compact mode.

So far, I've managed to incorperate pretty much every used feature. I'm all for logical layouts and thought about the placements quite a bit. You can probably guess what does what.

So yeah, here it is:

Lance, it;s an awesome skin but I can't help saying the bottom slider bar jumps out at you compared to the other colors.

I've just updated the image as I created a new set of side vumeters. In fact, I tried something new with them and it turned out pretty awesome. They are still vu animation sets, but with a different approach. It looks much better in motion that it does static! Very pleased with the outcome of those. I should have a preview of the bar modes soon too.

Updated again. Added a new bar mode. It took quite a long time to figure out a good layout but I'm pretty happy with the final decission. There will also be a smaller bar mode too with bare essentials.

If the final bar mode is going to be thin enough to fit over a window titlebar, i'll name this skin the absolute best in the entire list of skins on the database.

EDIT: By the way, do you only use slim bar modes or do you occasionally use full modes too? And are you single or multi screen? Just out of interest that's all.

I prefer slim. And i'm on single display, aiming for dual.

Once you've gone dual you'll never go back to single lol
even more so with 3 monitors, couldn't go back to just 2
I do draw the line at 3 monitors tho lol

What if you were to just, you know, try a fourth monitor... you could always go back.

Edit: also, I have a dual monitor setup, and I sometimes turn one of them off if I get annoyed at my cursor going to another monitor when I flick over to the Windows Start button. I also do it when I'm gaming to save my card the chore of rendering an unnecessary panel.

running 2 gfx cards here hence 3 monitors but could bosh a 4th one in lol, naa 3 is enuff, only so much room on the desk available lol

I don't even have room for a 30 inch monitor, let alone TWO!

The option IS tempting though, of course.
