Trying to figure out why it wont work.. i may upload the files and ask someone else to make the skin work cuz its not working on my comp

This looks great. Post the files and we'll see what needs fixing. Or a more elaborate explanation as to what isn't working exactly, would be nice, too.

You packed it as RAR.
The instructions say to archive it as ZIP, and then change the extension from ZIP to XSF.
I did this, and the skin now works fine, except the Load Interface button for the fullsize player is not pointed at the mini mode psd.
