[added: 65] "Disable All" Hot Keys

I would like to request a "disable all" button for the hot keys set up. I never use the hot keys, and at least one of them interferes with Photoshop hot keys. I know that once a user has disabled them, there really is no need to do this again. However, I've been trying out the betas and each time I install a new release I need to do this little hot key disabling dance.
