New Off-Topic Forum

It's been previously requested and now its a reality. I've opened an Off-Topic forum thread!
Feel free to talk to other Xion fans about anything and everything! Send links, refer people, chat, have fun! Just keep it clean!
If you have any requests for new sub Off-Topic forums, post here for everyone to review and I'll look at adding them to help keep it slightly organised
