Hello everyone,

first of of i have to excuse my english... !

Today i started to design a skin using this tutorial.... http://xion.r2.com.au/index.php?page=tut1

when i had finished the first steps i tried to put my own skin into the xion player

-> "If you like, you can save your skin to a PSD file on your hard drive and try it out in Xion. To load the skin in Xion, simply Drag and Drop the PSD file onto the Xion interface, and it will load for you."

but it wont work !!!

I found out that Xion Skin just working with a canvas size of 200 + 200 pixel

is that true ???

I have made skin PSDs at the size of 1280x1024 so size is DEFINETLY not an issue.

You must be doing something wrong somewhere, instead.

Im working on a Macbook Pro in Cs4 but i wanne create a Xion Skin for my Windows Pc.

The thing is that everytime i try to drag the *.psd file bigger than 200+200 pixel into the xion player it doesnt work ...

i would be really lucky if it's would work with bigger canvas size...

Ok now i thing i got it.

In my opinion it has to do with the size of the *.psd file (bigger than 1mb will not work)

or maybe it is the dpi resolution ???

Hi Testos,

Make sure that you use RGB color mode and not CYMK. That might be your problem.

Other than that, there is no limit on the file size, and the canvas size is only limited by Photoshop and your RAM.
