Is skin submission broken?

No new skins have appeared for an entire month now, nor have I seen any come through that require approval. I'm a little worried something is amiss as this is quite unusual, especially since 1.5 launched you'd expect a fair few.

There have been a few that I've put through the guidelines. I am pretty sure it is working as intended.
People just don't have knowledge of all the new features regarding 1.5 I think.
EDIT: Just after posting this, i checked the queue, and sure enough, a new skin was waiting approval.
Definitely working as proper.
