some parts are similar, some look identical, some are differant all together......

Those are both very different to me...beyond size and shape.

I don't think there's much similarity either. Pretty much every design based on a mobile is going to have a lot of common elements. You could argue that the Viplayer design is a rip off of some Nokia designs. The Finale skin looks more like other Boxxi designs than anything else as far as I'm concerned

Calm down guys It looks like it was inspired albeit a little too close in parts, so let's leave it at that, it certainly doesn't represent a rip. I would have thought a simple acknowledgement to vlda wouldn't have gone amiss though as it's evident it was inspired by it!
In a lot of ways it's a shame the skins from vlda never really made it into working skins! He has done some excellent work.
