eq question and playlist

id like to know which are the codes that make the playlist expandable,i had made a playlist of my previous skin(thors hammer)but i wasnt able to make it expand like stretch it out.so id like if anyone knows which code layers are required for that function.
and also i was wandering if the load interface can aslo include the new e.q feature
so i can have like 2 in 1 instead of making 4 parts of my new skin whic is the main interface,load inteface(bar),e.q,and playlist.
