Website: Several changes

A few things have been bothering me, so i'm going to toss them out here and see what you people think.
Feedback
I've been mulling over this for quite a bit and i've come to the conclusion that the current forum based solution isn't really working out too good. There are duplicates about same skins, and there's no notification about any comments being added to a specific skin that the author would be able to notice.
I don't have any idea what to replace it with, other than it should be something simple, like a tiny guestbook of sorts. That way the author is at least able to see the comments directly by viewing their skins.
Skin viewing
While the skins are well presented on the page, there's no individuality, meaning that if i wanted to link someone to a particular skin of mine, i cannot do that. They are forced to manually browse.
Skin labels
There are skins out there in the directory that are either broken or unpolished. Such info remains unknown to viewers until they actually download the skin and see for themselves. The reason is particularly so because the authors are not as well notified about these things as they could be.
Solution: Implement a labeling system. Just a quick variable of sorts to be added to the skin in the form of a 'Report Broken Skin' link, etc. Another thing like that should be the option to label a skin as 'miscategorised'. Such labels could also be used to notify authors about problems with their skins.
And finally, something more positive.
Badge system
We have all sorts of skins here that are different from others in terms of achievements. We have Skin Consortium competition winners, most populars and the like. To best show this, there could be a system like this to notify people of significant accomplishments. It would also serve as a motivator for the authors.
I think that's about it for now. Discuss!
