Where would we be without covers ?

So, all the skinners have to do is skin that part of the program.
To make it a little easier, instead of fetching the cover from the internet, it will only be shown if there is "cover.jpg" in the music folder.
Basically, its just that extra eyecandy feel.
PS: this could also be a component
