Forgive me if im posting this in the wrong forum but...

I dont like the fact that when Xion is minimized and I click on the taskbar icon... it pauses the song.

You should be able to double click on the icon to make Xion appear again.

Xion does appear when you double click fast on icon .
You can always rightclick on icon and go on show xion option.

yes youre right... it does... but it also gets paused and unpaused in the process and is quite annoying.

indeed you could right click and show xion but... wheres the fun in that?

Long story short - there's really no way to fix it.
