I thought there was a frowning upon for using copyrighted artwork in our designs.

I think thats just an album cover that changes...

Yes it changes, but I could see how someone might think that was the design.

Usually I just add the words "that is album art and not part of my design..." to the skin description, if the album art is prominent.
