The KTM skin does not download a valid skin file (it's a copy of the jpg preview with an .xsf extension)

my first suspicion was that it wasn't a skin at all, but another lame jpg.

guatemala is a jpg. a very pointless jpg.

I thought i rejected this? Why is it even there?

Broken skins are probably still in the database, as we currently have no automated check to run on it, and downloading each one by hand is...incredibly tedious.
